Product Description
Working condition: Best working environment is the key of tool service life
1always filtration of water and dust filtration to keep the quality of Air.
2. Adjust the pressure, optimally pressure should be 6.3kg/cm(90psi)
3. Add oil on time and fix quantify
Use priming can: A little oil each minute, must use specialties air tools oil or lubricating oil.
Hand lubrication: Inject oil from hose fitting everyday, must use specialties air tools oil or lubricating oil.
Current maintenance
1. Clear subface of tools at regular intervals.
2. Check tools at regular intervals, to ensure repair in time if found problem.
3. Tools must safekeeping, Please handle with care!
Remark
Maintenance attention: The part of a machine shaft or axle supported and gear wheel must check Once a month for replace new oil, if lubricating excessive oil will effect capability of tools. Pls make especial attention.
